Question Serial Downvoting: Is a user allowed to downvote all your posts, if they are deemed low quality?
I had an argument with this user. Now, when I post, someone is downvoting this post and older posts. Question: Is a user allowed to downvote most of my posts, if they deem it low quality? (In stack exchange, the former is called "serial downvoting".)
