What story and TWO-digit Natural Numbers best fit Bayes' Theorem chart?

Why did Madam Monica Cellio close What story and TWO-digit Natural Numbers best fit Bayes' Theorem chart? as duplicate of What story and ONE-digit Natural Numbers explain Bayes' Theorem chart most simply??

The difference is blindingly obvious. The first question seeks an example of Bayes' Theorem with TWO digits. The second ONE digits.

I flagged it as a duplicate. I don't recall seeing the subtle difference, and in any case it's your responsibility as the asker of both questions to put them in context with respect to each other: both of them link to an external site but don't mention the other question on this site.

I still believe that both questions should be closed until you edit them to make it actually possible to answer them, by explaining how to quantify the attribute which you want to maximise.

Ah, it wasn't me over-reaching; there was a flag. Thank you; I had forgotten. (And we, uh, need to improve some of our mod tools to make that history more obvious, oops.) I don't know enough math to be able to evaluate the questions and I don't want to overrule the community. Having meddled by reopening it perhaps incorrectly, I'm now unsure what to do. Sigh - I'm sorry.
