How can we increase the discoverability of good answers?

In browsing the Codidact archives I see that, not uncommonly, there are questions that are quite poorly written but have very interesting and thorough answers, for instance this answer on the axioms of PA, or this answer on axiomatic systems for modal logic.

Unfortunately, because these answers are written for relatively poor questions, they are undiscoverable; indeed one has to spend a quite long time browsing the archives to find them.

I'd like to request the feature of making these answers more discoverable somehow. (One way to do this might be to make the votes on the top answer viewable from the main page, not just the votes on the question.)

I think this might have positive effects not only on the readers and writers of the newly-discoverable answers but also on the Codidact community as a whole, which people might find considerably more attractive were their attention directed more to the (relatively high-quality) answers (and less to the (often quite low-quality) questions).
