  • There are in fact multiple recent well-received questions, e.g. [here](https://math.codidact.com/posts/295503), [here](https://math.codidact.com/posts/295482), and [here](https://math.codidact.com/posts/295458) that received lengthy and useful answers. That those questions had not been asked at the time of the OP is I think more a coincidence than a sign of low community vitality.
  • And there are plenty of interesting questions remaining to answer or to answer better. I tried to do this recently, for instance, with a very interesting [question](https://math.codidact.com/posts/293500) that is equivalent to assigning a topological structure to the uncountable algebraically complete field.
